Job Description
|
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible in assisting the management of a specialised workgroup and for providing basic/advanced respiratory care/services to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardio-respiratory system.
In addition, you will collect and evaluate relevant clinical data for airway protection, respiratory failure (acute and chronic) and recommendations for respiratory support. You will also collaborating with other healthcare members and participate in appropriate cross-functions improvement initiatives
The Requirements
• Min. Diploma in Respiratory Therapy from approved list of training institutions, preferably with national registration or post-diploma sub-specialties qualification
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good supervisory and coaching skills
• Competent in IT skills (Microsoft Excel / Word / Access / Powerpoint)
• Service oriented and customer focused
• Result oriented / Team worker
